Makayla knew it was time for a change. She already had a job, but she felt ready for a new challenge. Then, an opportunity opened the door to industrial sales as a Trailer Sales Manager, a career she had never imagined for herself.

Before accepting the position, Makayla spent time doing some soul searching. She considered the challenges that might come with working in a male dominated industry, but she ultimately decided she would not let intimidation stand in the way of an opportunity. As a Trailer Sales Manager, Makayla continues to expand her knowledge while building relationships with customers and learning the details of an industry that was completely new to her.
She says she loves what she does.
