Shaun has worked as a home appliance technician for more than five years. His journey started with an interview at Samsung. Once hired, he completed three months of training in Los Angeles, followed by an additional six months of training in quality control. This combination of hands-on instruction and technical learning gave him the skills to tackle a wide range of appliance repairs with confidence.
What keeps Shaun motivated is the daily opportunity to think through problems and restore things to working order. He finds real satisfaction in making repairs and knowing that his work makes a difference in someone’s day.
